EllieMD Insights is a private analytics dashboard built to give EllieMD brand partners a deeper, faster view of their team's performance. It surfaces the data that matters most — activity, rank progression, volume trends, and at-risk members — in one place, without requiring you to dig through spreadsheets or the partner portal.

Each user sees only their own downline data. Nothing is shared between accounts.

All data is pulled directly from your EllieMD Genealogy Report — the same report available to you through your EllieMD partner portal. We retrieve it automatically each day using the credentials you provided when setting up your account.

We do not modify, supplement, or editorialize the data in any way. What you see here is exactly what EllieMD's genealogy report contains.

Your dashboard is updated once per day, automatically, at 6:00 AM Eastern Time. The "Last updated" timestamp shown at the top of your dashboard reflects when the most recent data pull completed successfully.

Because the data comes from EllieMD's genealogy report, there may be a short lag between an order being placed and it appearing here — this is consistent with how the partner portal itself behaves.

• PV (Personal Volume) — the individual member's personal order volume for the current month to date.
• OVR (Organization Volume) — total volume across the member's entire downline organization.
• DV (Downline Volume) — volume generated by the member's direct and indirect downline, used in rank qualification calculations.

The Prior Month figures represent the previous full calendar month, and are used as the baseline for pace calculations and trend indicators.

A member is flagged as At Risk when their current month volume is significantly below the pace they need to match last month's performance. Specifically, we flag members who:

• Had at least $300 PV last month
• Are currently tracking below 40% of their expected prorated pace
• Haven't placed an order in 10 or more days

This gives you an early warning so you can reach out before the month closes. Members are sorted by prior month PV so the highest-impact conversations are at the top.

Yes, your data is completely private. Each account's dashboard data is stored separately and protected by row-level security — meaning the database itself enforces that you can only read your own data. No other user can access your genealogy information.

Since data is updated once a day at 6 AM Eastern, your dashboard will always reflect a point-in-time snapshot. If orders have been placed after that morning's refresh, they won't appear until the next update. The "Last updated" timestamp on your dashboard tells you exactly when the snapshot was taken.

If you're seeing a persistent discrepancy that doesn't resolve after the next refresh, please reach out and we'll look into it.

If your EllieMD partner portal password changes, your dashboard will stop refreshing until the credentials are updated on our end. Please reach out directly and we'll get it corrected quickly — typically within the same day.
